Yo DC ravers — what's good?

Martin Garrix is doing two nights at The Anthem this weekend — Friday and Saturday — and then turning around and heading straight to Echostage Saturday night for the STMPD 10-year afters. The man simply does not stop. But honestly that's just the headline. Layton Giordani is doing a 360-degree set at Echostage on Friday with the booth in the center of the room, which is going to hit completely different from a normal show. Of The Trees is converting BERHTA into a three-stage fictional national park for his Park Service run — DC is the only indoor stop on the whole tour. And Nü Androids has something cooking every single night of the weekend. This is a full one. Make your plans before stuff sells out.

WEEKEND ITINERARY — June 5–7, 2026

FRIDAY, JUNE 5

Martin Garrix @ The Anthem – big room house / progressive house / electro house Americas Tour, Night 1. 7:30pm. SOLD OUT.

Layton Giordani (360° Set) @ Echostage – techno / peak-time techno / hard techno

Gremlin tip: The 360 setup puts the booth in the center of the room. The whole floor is the dancefloor. Get there early and get a position — the sightlines and sound imaging are completely different from a standard front-stage show.

Of The Trees (w/ Jade Cicada, chumra, Snuffy) @ BERHTA – bass music / experimental bass / future bass

Gremlin tip: BERHTA is a multi-room space — the main soundstage plus the BANANAS open-air room and the BETTE side stage. Of The Trees is doing this as an immersive multi-room build, so budget time to explore. Enter via W St NE. GPS: 1237 W St NE.

Nü Androids Presents: Joshwa @ Culture – tech house / minimal house / house

Shiba San (w/ Misha, KIDE) @ Flash Rooftop – tech house / bass house / deep house 6pm–10pm

Gremlin tip: Golden hour on the Flash roof with Shiba San is the correct Friday warm-up. This wraps at 10pm and puts you in position to roll directly into the Flash main room for Huerta / Youandewan, or get across town to Culture for Joshwa, or down to Tigres for Durante.

Huerta, Youandewan @ Flash (Main Room) – deep house / melodic house / house

Durante @ Tigres De La Noche – progressive house / melodic house Cancelled due to venue. SMH

Nü Androids & Discoteca Presents: Supernova @ Vera Cocina – disco house / disco / deep house

HDC Presents: Flash Drive Frenzy @ Jimmy Valentine's Lonely Hearts Club - Free. Heaven Dancing Club. Worth checking.

SATURDAY, JUNE 6

Martin Garrix @ The Anthem – big room house / progressive house / electro house - Americas Tour, Night 2. 7:30pm.

Note: If you entered into our ticket giveaway, winner will be announced later tonight (Wednesday).

Martin Garrix@ Echostage – big room house / progressive house / electro house

STMPD RCRDS 10-Year Anniversary. Afters/club show following The Anthem run.

Gremlin tip: If you're doing The Anthem, the Echostage afters is the obvious move to close the night. STMPD catalog, club format, different energy entirely from the arena show.

Matinée Presents: Forester (DJ Set) @ Flash – 4pm–9pm

Marten Lou (Open Air) @ BERHTA – 6pm

Nü Androids Presents: Jay De Lys @ Tigres De La Noche – tech house / funky house

Gremlin tip: Jay De Lys is Ibiza-tested, Hot Creations / Elrow catalog, and built entirely for the groove. Tigres is the right room for this. No-phones.

Topper & Friends: A Night in Remembrance of Philipp Jung @ Flash – minimal house / minimal techno / deep house

Three rooms: Club Level (Topper, Nico Buonerba, Rosenberg, Jus Nowhere) / Green Room — Birthday Celebration (Mettabbana, Tierra) / Flash Bar (Tim Cook, DJ J.Leão). 10pm–4am.

Gremlin tip: Flash is doing this one right — a proper tribute night for one of underground house music's most important figures, with a full three-room lineup. If you know Get Physical, you know why this matters. Worth showing up for.

DNB Night w/ Beatphyle and Rob Marks @ Jimmy Valentine's Lonely Hearts Club – jungle / drum and bass. Free.

AFTERS OPTION: Realismo Magico x Sudden Logic @ La Fabrica – house / tech house - 11pm–6am

SUNDAY, JUNE 7

Sunday Love: Madota, Sabda, Heather Luna @ Flash – house / deep house - 2:45pm–11pm

Gremlin tip: Sunday Love is one of the best weekly series in the city. Afternoon to evening, Funktion-One sound, and the right pace to close a big weekend without destroying yourself. Don't skip it.

Amapiano Sundays ft. Mas Musiq @ Culture – amapiano / afro house / South African house - 4pm–9pm

BONUS: Pre Weekend Party - Thursday June 4

LAST WEEKEND

Project Glow 2026 is in the books. I was there both days — Gryffin's sunset set was one of the better moments I've seen at a DC festival, Cloonee carried the same energy he brought to EDC last month, and Max Styler continues to be one of the most reliable bookings in the game. The lineup ran deep top to bottom and the production was exactly what you expect when Insomniac is behind it.

I also have some thoughts on the food prices and the smell at the gate. Full piece is up at The Dip. Read it here

GREMLIN TIPS & PLUR CORNER

Layton Giordani's 360 set means the booth is center-room. Get a spot on the floor, not against the wall — the whole point is the surround.

BERHTA has three stages for Of The Trees. The open-air Bananas room is the one people will sleep on. Don't sleep on it. Enter via W St NE.

Shiba San on the Flash rooftop wraps at 10pm. Have your next move already figured out before you get there — you have good options in every direction.

Tigres De La Noche is no-phones at both Friday and Saturday events. It's one of the things that makes that room special. Respect it.

The STMPD 10-year anniversary at Echostage means Garrix is leaning into the label catalog. If you know the Get Physical era of STMPD, you know what kind of night this shapes up to be.

Sunday Love is the correct way to close this weekend. Arrive before 5pm and stay until the end.

That's the weekend, y’all. Of The Trees turns BERHTA into a park, Layton flips the room at Echostage, Nü Androids is everywhere, and Flash is doing multiple rooms every night. There's no version of this weekend where you run out of options.

Hit reply and tell me what you're doing — I genuinely read every one. And for scene takes between issues, I'm at @plurtatochip.

See you on the floor.

- Jimmy

Correction (6/3): An earlier version implied Of The Trees was programmed across all three BERHTA stages. BERHTA is a three-room venue (main soundstage, BANANAS open-air, BETTE side stage), and Park Service is an immersive multi-room build — but the specific room/stage assignments for this show weren't confirmed. Updated above.
