Last Weekend Recap – Highlights
Your gremlin left the DMV last weekend and flew west for CRSSD — the house and techno festival out in San Diego — and it absolutely delivered.
Friday standouts: a surprise Chris Lake set that nobody saw coming (the best kind), Franky Rizardo bringing serious heat at the Palms Stage, Alignment locked in for the techno heads, and Vintage Culture closing out night one in style.
Day two was pure vibes from start to finish. Kilimanjaro completely blew my mind — one of those sets you didn't know you needed. Odd Mob threw a full dance party. Lane 8 delivered a spiritual sunset set (you know how he does). Amelie Lens went off. And Dom Dolla closed the main stage with hands down the best set I've ever seen him play. No notes.

Unreleased ID Tease / Track of the Week
Two this week because I can't help myself.
First up — Chris Lorenzo finally dropped In This Bih' featuring Kah-Lo. This has been a ID floating around for a minute and the SoundCloud comments speak for themselves ("bout time," "FINALLY," "I need stems immediately"). Filthy tech house, exactly what you'd expect from Lorenzo. Go stream it.
Second — Dean Turnley's Actin' Tough drops this Friday, March 20 via the Homegrown label (HMGRWN17), a collab with Rossi X Chaos. The snippet has been circulating, and the comments are already unhinged in the best way. Pre-save it now and have it ready for the weekend.
